I found that changing direction (like in the last turn of cremona track) is really slow, in a real bike this movement is faster. You can find it also in rapid right-left movement, like riders do to heat up tires.
I'm using all standard setups in xbox one controller. Is my problem or the game engine need to be revised?

Did you tried "lean smooth = 0 " in game options?

Yes, my settings are:
Lean smooth 0
Smooth input mode off
Frontbrake help on
And the controller settings are all default
Edit: I found the problem. I started steam in big picture mode, go to the game settings and disable the steam controller.
